I love this area of the United States. I am not sure if it exclusively this area or just what I am into lately but there are so many fun things to do involving recreation and nature around here. I am sure it has to do with the extended warmer weather and longer recreational seasons or something. I am always seeing people tubing and rafting the river and it looked so fun. Well, it was SO FUN to really do it. I have never been on a raft before and it was awesome. It was around a 4 hour trip and it was so relaxing. There were just enough little exciting "mini-rapids" and other than that just cruising.
We fed this one duck some Clif Bar and word spread pretty quickly so these baby ducks came to check us out. Sorry, we ate our bars ducks but you are still so cute.
There were a few excitement areas of the river.
